• Subtitles: The subtitles generated by the Services are provided "as is" and theSUBTITLING.NETwork makes no claims to ownership or copyright over these subtitles.
• Copyright: The owner of the video content retains all copyright and related rights. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights to upload the content and use our Services.

• Free and Paid Services: theSUBTITLING.NETwork may offer both free and paid Services. If you choose to use paid Services, you agree to the pricing and payment terms specified at the time of purchase.
